Service Level Agreements “SLA’S”
A Service Level Agreement is a formal agreement between a client and MASTERFUND (and/or its providers). SLA’s help to ensure there is a shared understanding of:
- expectations of what services & supports will be delivered and how they will be delivered; and
- the respective responsibilities and obligations of MASTERFUND and/or the provider and the client and how to resolve any problems that may arise.
Service Level Agreements are simple and set out how and when services & supports will be delivered. SLA’s may include information such as:
- what supports and services the provider and or MASTERFUND has agreed to provide;
- the formula and / or the prices of those supports and /or services;
- how, when and where the supports and services are be provided;
- the duration of the Service Level Agreement;
- when and how the Service Level Agreement will be reviewed;
- how the client , MASTERFUND and/or the provider may change or end the Service Level Agreement;
- how any problems or issues that may arise will be handled;
- Client responsibilities under the Service Level Agreement; and
- MASTERFUND and /or provider responsibilities under the Service Level Agreement.
